Nursery: The Three Little Pigs

The Three Little Pigs is a story about three pigs who each build their own house out of different materials.

Two pigs make flimsy houses of straw and sticks, while the third pig builds a sturdy house made of bricks. A Big Bad Wolf attempts to blow down the houses and is successful in blowing down the straw and stick houses, but is unable to blow down the brick house.

Emmauel said 'The pigs decide to build houses. One is made of straw that is not a good house, another pig makes a house of sticks and that was not good the wolf blew it down. But one pig made a house of bricks and that was strong and he didn't blow it down'.

Ziva said 'At the end of the story the wolf came down the chimney and he burnt his tail on a hot pot'.

Nursery 1 enjoyed learning about this story and all the different characters and especially enjoyed being the pigs and shouting at the wolf saying 'not on the hair on my chinny chin chin'.
